Ellie Heeler is an American female writer and voice actor. She created the Courtney's Chaos television series, and it's sequel series Courtney's Chaos Prime. She writes all Courtney's Chaos related media, and she voices the titular protagonist Courtney Chaotic, as well as many background and minor characters. Ellie is very involved in the production of everything related to Courtney's Chaos, supervising everything as they are being developed, and giving approval on what can and cannot be done with her characters.
